Tu Me Manque, it is in French means, I miss you. And so this image is about the collection of pieces of sea detritus made into a being and this being is imprisoned in this room looking out at the ocean and the sky thinking I miss you and the only outlet that he has is going to a basement so it's almost because it's been collected and not allowed back into the sea, It's a prisoner and so since I live on the beach, I'm the one that collects a lot of these beautiful pieces and wondering about their stories and wanting to create something in their image because they deserve celebration, I mean mother nature, what she makes incredible most beautiful shapes and that's the story morning glorey.
